## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can it be used with other brand phone also?**
A: I don’t think so as it needs the magnet hold on back of the mobile, not aware of other mobiles having it

**Q: Can this be used as an alternative for magsafe mount to connect iphone camera with macbook?**
A: No the inner loops joint gets loose after sometime so not so reliable for using for continuity camera

**Q: Is this compatible with Samsung galaxy A22**
A: Nope. Only works with MagSafe devices. For non MagSafe you need to but halo ring from the same brand to make it compatible

**Q: How do we get it stuck on an iphone 11?**
A: This ring holder is actually only compatible with iPhone 14/13/12 Series. You can test whether the ring holder can work normally after pasting the magnet ring.Product: ESR Universal MagSafe Ring 360https://www.amazon.in/dp/B09BZ17JM7

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pricey but quality product…
*by M***E on 7 October 2025*

Sturdy product however this my second MagSafe ring from ESR. The earlier one slipped from its hinge within 7-8months. Expect better durability for this price point.

### ⭐ hinge worn out in 6 months, now its a paperweight.
*by M***I on 25 May 2024*

ordered ESR since its reputed but this product is a let down. while the build quality seems to be superb, and so is the magnetic strength, the most important part of this product is the hinge quality. see attached video where ive demonstrated how the hinge has become loose in just 6 months. now i only have two ways in which to make my phone stand. all other positions the phone will not stand i bought despite it being bulky for a specific reason. im not sure if esr will give me a replacement after 6 months but im disappointed and will go back to trusting spigen for accesories.
