is this product BPA free?

Good afternoon, Yes, all our Ninjas are BPA free. Kind regards, Ninja Kitchen UK.

Does it juice it to really thin so there's no pulp and doesn't create a film? The nutri bullet doesn't smooth things the way I like

Pretty smooth. When I press the blender I try to keep it pressed for about 40-60 seconds, and then it is very good.

Would anyone know how much this weighs as I would like to take on holiday..thanks in advance

With the large cup in situ it weighs 2.42 kgs. The small cup with lid weigh another 250 gms, and the lid alone approx 50 gms. Hope this helps.

Can this be used to make baby puree?

Yes, you can make baby puree with the BL450UKSG using short pulses, but the consistency would need to be fairly liquid as this is a smoothie maker/blender. I would recommend looking at our blenders which have food processors or our choppers as these would be better suited to make baby purees.
