SO many benefits for adults as well as children...1) AUTO SHUT OFF... well done!2) Lack of a battery to deal with!!3) Recharge by USB-C VERY fast .. it has lated 2 weeks now. I am testing it daily before i let my grandson play with it. Charging time was very rapid..4) Songs extremely good.. sound of real instruments.5) Language of unit is easy to understand and somehow has EXPRESSION built into the sentences.it is quite attractive.. feels well built and sturdy and the easily adjustable volume is greatWe all have had the extremely annoying children toys like this. This one is a step up for sure.I hate that i cannot video a child playing with it but i think it violates the policies of Amazon to have that in a video.The voice of the child on the unit is extremely pleasing and pleasing. It sounds very real and has a lot of expression in the voice. This is a first for anything I have seen before.I feel certain this will not disappoint and i really look forward to my grandson coming at the end of the month to play with it. My 3yr old grand-daughter loved this toy. She used her imagination to have entire conversations. Great for road trips. I had her "phone ahead" to our hotel and make sure our reservation was made. She loved having a job to do and her own phone to do it!

New phone wont turn on? We allowed to charge multiple times.

The media could not be loaded.  My 5, 6 and 7-year-old granddaughters are old enough not to want a toy smart phone themselves--they play games on real smart phones owned by parents and grandparents, after all. But they are QUITE certain that this little toy phone that lights up, makes noises and comes with a popper case would be a resounding success if given as a gift to their two-year-old brother.I'm convinced they're right. This thing is a little sensory feast which is certain to delight young children.

I orginally got this for my 3 year old, since he's currently obsessed with things that light up and make noise, like Mama's smart phone. However, despite that it says "ages 3+" on it, it seems a bit baby-ish to me, and my 3 year old isn't terribly interested in it.But his 18 month old cousin LOVES it.I would say, given your child's level of development, this toy would be better suited for a 1 - 2 year old.The toy works well, and the fidget pop case is apparently fun to take off and play with all by itself. One of the best features of this thing is that it's USB rechargeable, vs having to continuously swap out batteries.I don't really see any small pieces that could easily pop off and become a choking hazard, so I don't see any problem with giving it to a child younger than 3, as long as you keep an eye out for damage to it.

I bought this for my 15 month old granddaughter as she is currently obsessed with phones! She knows she can look at pictures and videos of herself on mine so she wasn't fooled for a minute when I gave her this. It's a cute design concept but definitely won't dissuade her from continuing to want the real ones. This is NOT a starter smartphone! It's a fun toy with buttons that teach a child about colors and numbers and animals. It has a button that, when pressed, sounds like a picture is being taken and one that sounds like a ring tone in addition to a button for music. It comes with a sensory fidget popper case and is about the approximate size of a smartphone. It's very well made and, in my opinion, the price was reasonable.

The media could not be loaded.  I was excited to receive this kid's smartphone for my grandsons. I have two others that are similar, but older. I was attracted to the three modes: colors, numbers, and animals. The phone looks close to a real phone in size. I like the buttons on the side for on/off and for volume +/- and the fun-looking popper case. The instructions are excellent. However, it took forever to do the first charge. The blue indicator light never went off after almost two hours. I simply unplugged it. Pushing the on/off button did turn it on as expected. The volume controls worked as well as the lights on/off button. Both are nice features. The rest turned out to be disappointing. Yes, the three modes worked as advertised, but they were pretty basic. The “animals” mode only said the animal name, not the animal sounds. The music buttons performed but the sound wasn’t that great. The fidget popper case only works by taking off the case. One button said something like “Look an ontoño!”, whatever that is, over and over. Overall, this is a costly phone for the functions provided when compared to the ones I have.

A great toy phone for kids with shape, size and buttons just like a real phone (power, volume, camera lens and charge port). Plays music and announces numbers, animals and colors. Also has buttons that play various ring tones or the sound of taking a picture just like a real phone. I also like that when you are playing music, it is continuous until you press another button so you don't have to keep pressing the same button to play more. Also lights are projected when buttons are pressed. Lights and sounds are the two things that keep children interested.The phone comes with a USB cord for charging. It took a little less than 2 hours for the initial full charge. Note that the phone can't be used while it is plugged in.This is a well designed toy. The only thing that perhaps would make it better is a more secure, tighter phone case. It is a bit loose and often comes off when handled by young children.
