So glad I ignored negative reviews. People not using basic common sense. Ordered the standard size for extra support in the living room and the jumbo one for a more comfortable upright sleeping position to eliminate snoring. It works. Mine is a small double bed and the jumbo largest size of the 2 takes up most of the width. I love it. Ofcourse it will arrive a bit limp and gappy It’s been vacuum packed for however long! I removed the plush velour outer cover, unzipped the inner white protective cover and repositioned the memory foam bits to fill the limp gaps. Allowed it to expand for 24 hours before putting back in the velvety covers. Such a snug plumpy fit! Me and my household are properly enjoying both these purchases! They are sturdy, well made, well stitched, they ooze comfort. Covers are washable. Filling can be topped up over time if need be. What’s not to like? See pics.

Purchased for gift . Study well made comfort 5 stars . Look and feel amazing . Highly recommend would work to sit up in bed or use in armchair or sofa . Be great for adults who found keeping position difficult to maintain . Carry handle great idea . Seen alternative at lower cost but by no means as good as this memory foam pieces option , machine washable cover . I would purchase again ,even fancy one for myself perfect for comfy sofa snuggle ups

Well, I've only been using it for 2 days! As suggested I left the zips open and rested it for 24 hours. Having said that I have to admit I'm finding it very comfortable. I've had severe backache (treated by my GP) for 3 weeks now so I was fairly desperate even though my sofa is of excellent quality. So, I have high hopes it's going to prove effective. I'm 5'4" and the standard size is good enough although I do have a pillow to rest my head if I'm relaxing. All in all I'm quite optimistic.

Support and comfort worth the price .

It’s soo much better then using normal pillows for laptop use in your bed, makes the long sessions very comfortable and relaxing, smell is amazing and quality too.

I have an autoimmune condition which causes inflammation in my whole body and I suffer with my spine and pelvis the most. I needed something to give me support but unfortunately this cushion just melts back into itself. The fabric inside it soo spongey that it just disappears behind me giving me no support at all. Just as it arrives vacuum packed the cushion just shrinks back to nothing when applying pressure to it.

I absolutely love this, it is so comfy and the fabric is very soft. I have noticed a big difference in using this pillow in my back and arms, I don't get as sore when sitting wherever I put it. I am planning on buying two more so that I don't have to move it about. Before I had this whenever I was sitting on my couch my hands would end up going tingly but now that doesn't happen. My folks also bought 1 each and they love their's as well and so happy with the purchase. The only thing I didn't like was waiting on it fluffing up after I removed it from the packaging, but that's only because I'm impatient 🙃

I bought this pillow for reading in bed. I have suffered with upper back pain and strain on the neck for a while, I think caused by my position in bed whilst reading. I literally have £150 pillows on my bed and since buying this reading pillow I've slept on it every night since. It's very comfy and appears to be minimising my back/neck pain! It's brilliant. Would 100% recommend. I followed full instructions and let the pillow set for 2 days before using it. I unzip it regularly to allow air inside and to wash. Never had any issues with mishaping etc. It's great.

Not much lower back support - its very small. . Returned. Ordered different brand 2x bigger, much better.

GREAT BED PILLOW ! I was given this pillow as a gift about a yr. ago and can't express enough what a difference this made sitting up in the bed. Never thought to get myself one, but i recently purchased 2 as gifts and they have really liked this pillow as much as me, this was the same couple that had given me the pillow a yr. before. First words were thank you, we can't believe how comfortable these pillow are ! I even pull the pillow down lower and fall asleep on it. I Appreciate the cover is washable and has held up great ! Honestly, I had ordered 5 other pillows for nephews, sister and a niece that were lower quality, but I knew to go back to Millard for the next two. Gettting ready to order 2 more for granddaughters for gifts, hoping they're still on sale too ! I will only purchase this pillow and soon I will have to replace the 5 that were not quality at all. Truly a nice pillow that has durabillity, not flanned and still looks new after every wash ! I think I've said more than enough ! lol That's how impressed I am ! I've purchased two of these. The first one arrived, I let it breathe awhile according to instructions so it took its shape, put it on my bed and gave it a spin. Fantastic. Instead of getting acid indigestion from hiatus hernia, I was comfortable, supported, upright, cozy and lo and behold, I watched a movie without that darned stomach acid making me want to be sick. Seriously, this is a great product and it does the job beautifully. Plus, the material is soft soft soft. All you need to do is let it sit on a flat surface until whatever that stuff is inside fills itself out, and off you go. Read or watch to your heart's content. I bought a second one for another room (I'm lazy and don't want to carry it all over the place) and this one came feeling lumpy and bumpy like it had broken rocks in it. But, I let it sit and in a matter of hours with just a little squeezing here and there (not much at all) another perfect place to sit. Watched a great movie, happy as could be. Get one, if you are hesitating but want a support like this. Great product, And, no, I don't work for them. I'm 75 years old and a grouch, but not about this.
