Cat Doodles Cuteness Overload Coloring Book for Adults and Kids: A Cute and Fun Animal Coloring Book for All Ages

Pios and is my second coloring book by this illustrator.In this coloring book, The doodle creatures are all cats – long and short hair, striped or not. They are posed all over the place but have one thing in common – they are cute! My other doodle creature books have a wide variety of creatures and other elements so it is nice to have one dedicated to a single animal.The designs are detailed but not what I consider small and intricate to color. The cat creatures are a nice size and this is a cute way to try doodle creatures without having to deal with tiny areas to color.This is what I discovered while coloring in this book and testing my coloring medium on the paper:40 cat doodle creature designsPrinted one side of the pagePaper is typical inexpensive quality by CreateSpace printing: white, thin, slightly rough and non-perforated.The designs do not merge into the binding. While the designs do not have a framing line at the outer edges of the designs, they do have finished elements at the edges for ease of coloring.Glue BindingAlcohol-based markers bleed through the page quickly.Water-based markers bleed through in spots.Gel pens and India ink pens leave shadows on back of the page. India ink can bleed through if you apply heavily or multiple coats.Coloring Pencils work well with this paper. I found that I could layers the same color for deeper pigment or multiple colors and I could blend easily using a blending stick. I tested both oil and wax based pencils. I also found that hard lead pencils leave dents through the paper.I like to use a blotter when working in the book. I use a page of card stock or several sheets of heavyweight paper under my working page. It keeps seeping ink and marring dents from ruining the pages below.

I'm so glad I found this book line. While the pages are busy (to varying degrees), the cats have a cute simplicity. The images remind me of Kerby Rosane's work, sans complex line work. These books make a nice change from the typical intricate adult coloring books, images full of leaves and florals, and portraits. Just the change I was looking for. I like the fact this title lacks the blackened out bits Doodle Abenteuer im Land der Märchen and Spook-tacular Halloween. I don't care for the blacked out bits. It locks the colorist into a dark color choice. It also makes it hard to make the little character look good, for me, at least. I'm really pleased with my purchase.

It's almost overwhelming! There are so many different art styles on each page, it's really unique. It's complex enough to be appropriate for adults but also simple enough for older kids. Overall it's an incredible cute book and I recommend it! Pages are on the thin side so avoid markers or anything overly liquid-y.

These are some cute cats! It has nice artwork that is easy to trace and edit to put your own style on it. Very cute coloring book

Purchased this for my mom who loves cats. The drawings are so cute and easy to color with not too much detail.

I bought one for me and one for my niece. This is a very cute book. I prefer dogs over cats, but this book is too cute to pass up.

Cute pictures,and the pictures are only on one side of the paper so that markers do not bleed into a picture on the back of the 1st picture. I still put a piece of paper between because markers can bleed onto the next paper.

I love it! I am a crazy cat lady and this book is adorable! It is on amazon paper but I love using my arteza pencils on it I 100% reccomend to any cat lover!

I don't usually like colouring animals but I love the style in this book plus I love colouring + I adore cats so I couldn't really go wrong with this book! Each page has a ton of different cats to colour + they're usually sitting atop various things such as presents, beds + vehicles. Great fun for any age + colouring ability.

Loved it! So many cute cats in every page. My daughter loved their ecpressions and finding cats that are hiding in the decors. Every page is unique. I'm actually here to buy it again for my niece for christmas. <3
