I am in love with my new pillar tap! It was exactly what I was looking for to update the look of my bathroom basin. The tap itself is very high quality and feels sturdy. The water flow is strong and steady, and I love the tall, slender design of the spout. Very disappointed with this product. The Pixaflo tall pillar tap has sharp edges, which can be unsafe, especially for regular use. The chrome finish is also of poor quality – it looks dull and feels cheap, not at all what you'd expect from a product meant for bathroom or washbasin use. Not worth the price, and definitely not recommended. There are much better options available in the same range. Avoid this product completely.

It's only been 2 weeks since i bought this product and it has already given way. After spending additionally on multiple plumbing services, I'm still facing heavy leakage issues as the thread at the base of the fitting cannot hold the water pressure. The tap comes apart and water gushes all over the bathroom. I am very disappointed with the quality of this product. Please do not be fooled by the technical imagery attached to promote the product. It is a substandard product. Very poor quality.
