The mesh is specially coated to be less slippery while sewing and easy to work with while still being soft and pliable. Contains 54x18 inches of 100% polyester mesh fabric. Review: Great , but not the right material for what I intend to use them for - This product is great for using it for bags or to line things etc, but if you were like me and intended to use them for eyes on a mascot suit , then the holes are to big and overall is not suitable for it.

**Q: My 7 lb dog can squeeze thru dog gate bars. Can this be added w zipties to prevent escape from gated room?**
A: No, this would probably not work as I think the dog would rip it apart.  Maybe try some screening mesh from Home Depot.

**Q: Can this be used for fursuit eye mesh?(to see through)**
A: Not sure what fursuit is.  But yes, you can see the contents of the pockets you make with this product.

**Q: Is this a kind of mesh you can use to cover a food table**
A: No it is not tightly woven.

**Q: Can this be used to slightly shield plants from sun, in place of those more expensive garden sun-screens?**
A: The holes are about 1/8" round. Not sure what you need for plant protection.

The mesh is ideal for making bags especially for putting inside bags as pockets as it does not fray and is easily edged. My only concern is that it took 3 weeks to arrive so beware if you want it quickly. Was well packaged
