Okay for 1-2 person household. Weekly maintenance is needed.
Writing after using this for more than a year. Strictly okay product, suitable for bachelors or 2 person household, cooking once a day. For a family of 4 cooking twice a day, it is not sufficiently powerful. Oil starts trickling down after every 9 or 10 days, or earlier if you've friend fish or cooked something a bit oily. It is mentioned in the manual about cleaning it frequently, but it becomes tedious cleaning it so often! Took servicing AMC, but the guys only clean the plates. Got it deep cleaned, but the oil trickling still happens after about 10 days. The mesh on my kitchen window is full of grease and will have to be replaced. So final words, the product is okay as it hasn't stopped working in all this time. But buy depending on your family size and cooking needs.
