Was delivered 3 days before expected due date, so fast delivery. The driver however did not deliver to my door and left downstairs in block with no lift. Could have been stolen. I also had to lift this item which is 18kg up a flight of stairs which was very difficult for me. The box was damaged too but thankfully product was just a little dirty but not damaged. Just used it for the first time and I'm impressed with this little twin tub. This is never going to replace your washing machine. However if your expectations are realistic this is great. Recommend as a temporary replacement, if you move home often, or for a caravan or holiday home. 2 adults can use this comfortably. (6kg with 2 kg spin) I washed 6 bath towels at once. Spun 3 at a time for 1 minute. They were very dry. The water has to be added from above the machine so I just poured water in using a basin. Had to manually add water to wash and again to rinse. It's extra work over a washing machine that does all that for you. Be prepared for the drainage to be very fast and noisy. You don't want to disturb neighbours late at night. I used my machine in the bath. So perhaps not good if you are disabled or not strong enough to lift in and out. Ideal for a wet room. Although you can use in kitchen. I didn't leak. I just wanted to be closest to water and drainage. Short pipes. The power cord is short. Had to use an extension cable. It has an E energy rating but I'm not bothered about that as I have control over the time I wash and spin, so I did my washing quicker than a washing machine with set timer. It is easy to use. The dials are self explanatory. Has instruction booklet. It is 18kg or almost 3 stone in weight. Can be stored in a cupboard or in a corner when not in use. Has carry handles. The spinner is great. Machine made totally from plastic, which is quite thin but as long as your careful it's o.k. It's quite powerful and did the job. I washed 6 bath towels, 2 hoodies and a 2 tops in 15 minutes all in. I did that in 2 washes. Beats hand washing or lugging bags up to the laundrette. Just takes a little effort. Not suitable for heavy stained clothes.

Absolutely amazing. This twin tub has come in and saved us a fortune whilst we experiencing issues with our main washer. It is light and easy to pull out when needed, or for travelling with. The clothes come out looking cleaner and smelling fresher than using an automatic washer. Disappointing that you can spin whilst washing, you can either wash, spin or Drain, it would be useful to have the washer side washing whilst drying clothes in the spinner. Really simple machine to use. Built well although a tube, which is internal and carries the water from the inlet to the tub, popped off due to water pressure, I had to dismantle the top a little to be able to get it back in but had been fine since, which makes me think it wasn’t on correctly in the first place.

Super little machine. Washes clean and spins very dry. I do think I am advantaged by being old enough to have been taught how to load a twin tub spin dryer, don't just drag the wet clothes over, take each item seperately and shake out into the drum forming equal layers, that way no more clanging or uneven loads. Size and weight making it very easy to move around if like me you use it and store it in different places. Very good value for money it will have paid it's way in 12 loads compared to me using the launderette. Only downside the inlet pipe is very short and the end very narrow. This is not a problem for me as I am filling it with hot water from the shower head but coud be a problem if you hope to use your taps. Be aware it does not heat the water so fill with hot water if you want a hot wash.

Awesome machine, have it in my static caravan, had it over a year now and works perfectly, light and easily mobile , great at washing and spinning, would I buy again ,yes so glad I picked this one

This wasn’t a minor issue - it was completely unusable. ❌ Poor Build Quality - The machine was set up correctly, yet water poured out as soon as it filled. This is clearly a manufacturing fault. ❌ Terrible Customer Support - The seller stalled with pointless troubleshooting, asked me to take pictures of it leaking all over the kitchen and then asked me to get it repaired myself for £35. ❌ Breaks Amazon's guarantee - Finally, they have refused to arrange home collection, expecting me to transport the faulty machine to a depot. Who can move a washing machine and transport it to a Parcelforce depot? 💡 Final Verdict: This washing machine is a disaster waiting to happen. A washing machine should not fail on day one. Avoid this product unless you want to deal with leaks, damage, and a dismissive seller. 🚫

This is an excellent product and is perfectly fit for purpose. It has reduced my time spent doing washing quite considerably and washes the clothes perfectly. A strong washing machine and an excellent spin dryer as well. Easy to use and store as it does not take up a lot of room. Also it is ligt enought o move around easily Overall I am extremely pleased with this machine and would recommend it to anyone looking for a small amchine that does not take up too much room and is easy to use. Very impressed. A good price as well and delivery was pretty quick as well.
