The first time it came it was very different to how I had requested the personalisation I then requested a refund and made them aware of the differences and they sent a replacement that was exactly how I wanted it originally. They were really polite about it and I would recommend as I was really happy with the final result. The ring isn’t best quality but the keyring metal is thick and durable
