Not the best speaker but works good enough with MacBook with auxiliary. Basses are not bad but sound quality almost good.

Best purchase for a music lover like me. So slick stylish and classic piece. The sound is beyond expectations. With just one lil box, it can cover an entire apartment! Superb sharp sound. I couldn't ask for more. ❤️

Very good audio

Sound is great for watching movies, listening to pop or RNB music, there is a strong bass and bright highs, but it is a huge disappointment for heavy rock music, which was quite unexpected considering the brand. Whenever, there is a wide sound picture with lots of instruments playing simultaneously - this can't produce them well and equalizer won't help at all. The sound picture is smudged and unnatural especially with such instruments as electric guitar, leading drum, tambourines and cymbals. I bet the problem is the small tweeter sizes, which can't produce mid ranges and high ranges simultaneously without adding some distortion to them. I guess to do it right separate mid-size and small size tweeters are needed inside the dynamic. I think only Woburn III has such setup. On a positive side I liked that it can keep bluetooth connection to multiple devices at the same time. You don't have to reconnect devices when you want to switch, just press play on the device that you want to use right now. That's convenient. Also it can play very loud, I was surprised. More than enough for 100m apartment.

Like most of us, I've dabbled with battery-powered bluetooth speakers over the past decade or so. Of these, perhaps the *highest* rating I would give would be 3/5, and that only because of their portability. But recently with 25 of us in a room for a big screen Zoom call for a series of lectures, I needed a compact (low profile) speaker of more substance. THIS speaker has more substance--oh yeah. From the on switch that feels like you're powering up a 747 (a gold-plated version with an oak-trimmed captain's chair and sterling silver service), a quality AUX (input) connection (so I could use bluetooth for microphones), to the hefty dials, the subtle red lights, and the absolutely great looking case, this Marshall Acton III was the cream on the coffee for my AV setup. The sound was robust and very clear, carrying all through the 40x20 space. Mind you, the bass was heavy, but setting it to 1 while cranking the treble to 10 enabled it to broadcast even the quietest, 'mumblingest' person on Zoom very clearly. I bought a bright red 16ft audio cable that looked terrific plugged into the unit (red also makes for a good visual safety cue to prevent tripping over the cable). Now my bootooth (as typed) speakers are relegated to the drawer--this guy is going to remain front and centre. Strong recommend.

But if you’re looking for a party speaker, this might not be the one for you. It’s not extremely loud, and when you push it to 100% volume, you’ll notice a bit of distortion (on flat sound profile). So yes, it’s not built for blasting music at a crowd. This one is for someone who truly loves music — who enjoys sitting back and feeling every note — maybe while relaxing alone, chilling with your partner, or hanging out with a few friends. For a single room, it’s more than enough. There’s also a small tip to get the best out of this speaker: don’t play your music on a flat sound profile. Use a music app that lets you control the equalizer, and try the “Rock” setting (or whichever fits your taste). That’s when you’ll really hear the warmth and depth this speaker can produce — the sound you actually pay for. I keep the bass between 3 to 5, but you should experiment and find your sweet spot. For me, I always use Apple Music — it’s like music in 4K, and it gives you options to choose your sound profile, which makes a big difference with this speaker. Also, if you notice any distortion in the video I uploaded, that’s just because I was recording very close to the speaker. In reality, the sound was absolutely clean and without any distortion. I’m attaching a few screenshots that might help you get that perfect sound setup. In short — this is not just a speaker; it’s an experience.

Excelente sonido y estéticamente muy bonita. Los bajos suenan excelente. Para un departamento pequeño es muy buena opción, el sonido es simplemente increíble. Tal vez haya opciones mas potentes o con mas calidad de audio, pero si buscas algo estético que suene de calidad y sobre todo que represente tu amor por la música, esta es la mejor opción.
