My husband and I both really like this scale and the app that helps us to track our weight, etc. I like that tit tracks more than just weight, it tracks the weight, BMI, water, fat, muscle, etc. We both like that it gets recognized by our apps. I also like that when my sons weigh themselves (or the dogs), I can remove the measurement from my progress to prevent misinformation. This is a really great scale, it is easy to clean as well. I do get nervous moving it on our ceramic tile floor, just in case I drop it - I'm afraid it will shatter. It is heavier, so it is more difficult to move, but maybe that will help it to not be as fragile.

I compared it to 2 other scales and it was pretty accurate. It's basic and simple and it works. I need something to track weight only and don't really care about the other features. I had no problems connecting it to the app.I lost the battery cover during a recent move and I reached out to customer service to see if there was a replacement for purchase. They sent me one free of charge and they paid for shipping. Great customer service! I will purchase from them again for sure.

I love the scale and the fact that it automatically keeps track via an app and bluetooth. It seems very consistent and accurate versus hospital scale at work. My only complaint is that for women with smaller feet, it's sometimes hard to make sure you get yourself in the correct place for measuring the non-weight readings. I sometimes have to step back on, or shift my feet, so that I get the reading correct.

I wanted a scale that worked and synced with my phone. I had purchased a Yunmai scale in 2018 but it was infuriating to use because on many occasions it would fail to record my BMI and sync with my phone. In 2020 i purchased a RENPHO Scale for a second home. It never failed to sync or record my BMI. I decided to purchase a better quality scale that did its job on a consistent basis and this larger Renpho scale fits the bill. The Renpho APP is easy to install and works great with my Samsung Note 20 Ultra phone. Both Renpho scales sync when i am at their locations without having to reconnect each time. the only negative I have is that this scale doesn't sync with Samsung Health;therefore, i docked the easy to use part one star. Both Samsung Health and Renpho need to swallow their pride and make their apps compatible.

We bought the 11”X11” size which is 0.8” wider and longer so it would be easier to stand onto. We LOVE this scale and the many body measurements it records -Like BMi etc. The app is worrisome though because Your Private Information (Privacy Agreement) is Relinguished to Their Needs, Not Yours. I did not register with my email address and name but used the GUEST Mode. This allows me to upload via Bluetooth to their App and I then have to Select the weight measurement from the upload (from others who may have used it too). My selection then pulls all the other measurements associated with that reading (BMi etc). The app also updates the Apple Health app on my phone for additional tracking. We LOVE the ability to see historical information in the app for each of the tracked measurements and the scale for each to understand we our measurement lies within the Low/Good/Bad ranges. We would Buy Again for our Cottage and continued tracking our PHUN (FUN) Adventures Towards a Healthy Retirement! Hope this review Helps YOU! S&C

Had a problem where the initial scale arrived broke; the back of it fell apart exposing the wires. Replacement was quick and easy with no problems the second time. Scale is user friendly, easy to use and decent quality.

I recommend. This scale is very accurate. I love that it sends data to your app on your phone for tracking. You don't have to remember the weights and/or measurements.
