It has made such a difference
I bought this after having a 3 finger open faciectomy operation for Dupuytrens contracture. It has really helped the healing process.It is simple to use and comes with everything to get you started.. I ordered more wax as the 1kg it came with was only just enough to cover my hand. It says the maximum needed is 5kg but I found that 3kg in total filled it to the maximum line. I use it 3-4 times a day and am delighted with it.

Takes forever
It took forever to heat wax and then another waiting period to cool sufficiently for use. The grill has to be removed after use which is a messy business to get out. Very disappointed!

Perfect but order additional supplies before use.
Quality product! I like the digital readout, important to know temperature of the wax.I bought this after needing treatment for arthritis in my hands and used at similar at hospital physio. Mitts are good quality and keep hands warm for a while!Highly recommended against cheaper products that don't have the features of this one.Only drawback? Make sure you order extra wax as the1 kg supplied is not enough! Order at least 2-3 more!

Quality product.
An easy to use, well made, quality bath. The user guide is rubbish, very bad translation. Luckily common sense came to the rescue.

Do the job properly
These accessories are a must for a paraffin wax bath. Helps to keep work surfaces clean and insulates the hands and feet once wax has been applied, keeping the wax warmer for longer.

Failed to work
Very disappointing. I chose this very expensive model after comparing reviews. I liked the size of inner container, the temperature control. BUT none of this matters when the machine doesn't actually work. The manual is also poor; random punctuation and very small font.In addition to this I bought extra wax and protectors. To return each of these items will cost me £3.99 each, so I am out of pocket due to the above. Very angry and dissatisfied.

Just the job for aching tired dry hands
Perfect for the job. Tried today on hands. easy to use, and effects exactly as hoped. No aching, soft moisturised hands ans cuticles, and bonus - no adverse effects on nail polish! brilliant.

Pleased with this.
Excellent machine but the instructions were very poor, obviously a translation but not a good one! If the instructions had been clearer, I would have given it 5 stars.Hopefully will help my arthritic hands!
