Good quality glass and plunger, light weight only downside is the plastic finish, I thought it might have been a little bit thicker but still sturdy.

It’s great and I use it at least twice every day! Easy to clean and very durable! Perfect for one cup too.

Clean lines, replaces a 14 year old one of the same make, works perfectly

Generally it does the job, but it does not move very well, a bit stiff

The holder does not stand up when empty and when the glass is full and you pour I found it unstable..Im very dissapointed with this product.Not able to return this im informed..

I am so gutted!!! I have been BODUM costumer for long time. The plastic support for the glass is loose and doesnt keep the glass safe. I won’t waste my time returning it. Please, send a safe one. I accept the metal model as well. Thanks

Esta prensa francesa es muy útil, los materiales son de buena calidad. Sólo se me dificulta un poco para terminar de secar el vaso por fuera, no puede quitarlo de la base, siento que si lo forzo mucho para safarlo, se me puede resbalar y romper. Pero lo soluciono secando lo más que se puede con una servilleta y listo. Para lavar el filtro es muy fácil, y se puede desarmar quitando el tornillo, se vuelve a armar rápido, y viene con un diagrama visual para ensamblarlo en el orden que debe ser. Venía bien empaquetado cuando lo recibí.

Ich hatte zuvor eine French Press von Bodum mit einem Edelstahl Rahmen. Dieser ist deutlich hochwertiger, schicker und fühlt sich besser an. Nach einem Sturz ist das Glas leider gebrochen und es musste Ersatz her.Ich finde den Rahmen aus Kunstoff nicht elegant, hochwertig und schön anzufassen. Alles schreit nach „billig“. Ich sehe im Kunstoffrahmen aber einen großen Vorteil. Die Glaskaraffe wird deutlich besser vor Belastungen geschützt, da das Kunstoff eine federnde Wirkung hat. Außerdem ist der Kunststoffrahmen günstiger.Wem die Optik egal ist, sollte zu diesem Rahmen greifen, da er leichter, günstiger und das Glas besser schützt, als sein Kollege aus Edelstahl.
