I'm using this peanut pillow every day almost. I used to do acupuncture. This give no fear of needle, yet did the function for my back.

These peanut massage balls are hard, not just firm. They work well to roll under my feet if I'm sitting and wearing socks. They would probably be too uncomfortable standing and barefoot. It does look like you can add or let out air.

You get two of the spiky massage balls with a tip to fill with air. The spikes are pointy and hard and not very comfortable. In addition, plastic is like a toy and not firm and giving. I prefer massage balls that are solid silicone to this product.
