McNett Tenacious Sealing and Repair Patches (Pack of 4)

I'm surprised there aren't any other reviews on this. For quick repairs on rip stop fabric, I don't think I could have found a better product. I had a couple tears in a sleeping bag that needed to be repaired. This kit allowed me to stop the bag from ripping any further, and made sure they were as air tight as before. Saved me a fortune over buying a new bag.The pack comes with 4 repair patches. These are 7.5cm circular patches. They're really easy to apply, just like a sticker. Smooth out the surface, match up the tear, and put the sticker on top. Once on, they're visible, but not highly visible.Worth note: I didn't realise the circles in the picture are trying to show you what you get. There are 3 transparent patches, and one black. This worked out pretty well for me, but it's good to keep that in mind.

Arrived quickly with patches in a great container. I had a tear in the back pocket of a pair of trousers. It was fairly easy to apply the patch which held the two pieces of cloth in place. The trousers were subsequently washed and this did not seem to affect the repair. However I have not worn the trousers since the wash so can't say how durable it is, hence 4 rather than 5 stars. To be fair though after seemingly surviving a wash it may well deserve 5 stars.

Easy to apply, not noticeable on the jacket and has been through the wash once and seen some wear without any worries about it coming off. Only effective on very fine weave almost shiny fabrics. No good on the 'ballistic nylon' type fabric used for motorcycle clothing for example.

The black textured patch was absolutely perfect to repair two rips in two dark colored puffer jackets. Unfortunately the 3 shiny transparent patches look cheap and nasty - with the appearance of sticky tape. Maybe they could come in useful for running repairs to a tent or something... but not on clothing. For the money.. it is not really cost effective for 1 useful patch. If the manufacturers would put 2 of each or all black patches would be better

I was livid with myself for tearing my down jacket after removing its waterproof protective layer. This product has done a very good job of sealing the jacket and the patch is very hard to see without explicitly looking for it. Jacket is once again wearable.

So far it is the perfect solution - a great way to get extended life from rainwear. The product comes with seven, or eight circular patches - about the width of a coffee mug. Two are in black, the rest are transparent. I needed black to fix tears in a warerproof trousers. So far, the perfect solution

Used to repair a rip in cordura motorcycle trousers. Basically works OK but a few weeks down the line the patch is lifting at the edge. Suspect the fabric has to be even cleaner than I managed to get it? Better than bodge tape though!

Well after my dog managed to jump up and put a small tear in my new expensive down jacket, I looked into various ways to repair it and decided this was the best option. I cut one of the circles into a much smaller patch as the tear was quite small. After giving the area a quick clean, I stuck the clear patch on, and now after about a month, the patch is still stuck firmly and doesn't look like it will ever come off. Perfect seal, waterproof and barely noticable. Highly recommended.

Habe diese kleber gekauft, um meine Winter Jacke wieder zu flicken.Ist jetzt schon seit über einem Jahr geklebt und dicht und hat auch schon die Waschmaschine überstanden. Sehr klebe fest und es lösen sich noch nicht mal die Kleberänder. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Ma doudoune avait un accroc par lequel les plumes de la doublure s'échappaient. J'ai redécoupé une des rustines noires à la dimension voulue pour la réparer : le résultat est impeccable et la réparation quasi invisible. Ma doudoune est à nouveau comme neuve. Je recommande donc ce produit même s'il est un peu cher.A noter : le pack contient : quatre rustines rondes autocollantes (deux noires et deux transparentes) ainsi qu'un mode d'emploi en plusieurs langues (dont français)

Veramente top questa toppa....io l'ho applicata su un piccolo forellino del mio GAV....e dopo 10 immersioni è ancora intatto. Spettacolare !

Compré este artículo para reparar un abrigo de plumas North Face y quedó perfecto. El parche es de alta calidad y a penas se nota.

Lo he urilizado para una chaqueta de plumas. Llevo todo el invierno con ello sin ningún problema. ha aguantado bien. Sólo lo he lavado una vez. él unico porblema es que al pegarlo se le enganchó una pluma y se ve. Pensé que caería el adhesivo y que entonces ya pondría uno de nuevo pero no he caído aún. Es mate, no es brillante
