The product is as expected. Fixing it to the chair in way that it can function was a challenge. But thankful it fit the outer steel support on the back of my old Contessa chair. It was not a good fit on the top of chair as shown in some of the photos as my chair's top line curves backward. It is doing the job for now, it is day one. I will update if anything after using for a while.
