I don't like that it drips into a plastic container. Has anyone used an alternative glass pot? I want it in white with glass pot with is not sold.

Mine is red with a glass pot. The glass doesn’t get hot. No bad tastes it works well. All in all I wouldn’t trade it.

is it used to make infusions and tinctures?

The paperwork said you can make tinctures. I don’t know what an infusion is so I didn’t note if can be used for that. It has been very difficult finding distilled H2O in the stores and bought the machine for my CPAP machine. I am very happy with it. Doesn’t take up much space and manages itself. 5 stars.
