This is such a great help. I spend a lot of time in my car and my back and hips have been very sore. With this all that pain is no more. Easy to inflate and deflate, small, compact, and well made.

It fit perfectly in the chair but it leaks and doesn't hold support. The return time frame expired so in the trash it goes. Didn't last long at all (less than 5 months).

Additionally, it features Velcro on the surface, ensuring it stays securely in place, especially when used with a support belt.However, a notable drawback is the absence of instructions. While I found it relatively easy to figure out the inflation process, it might be confusing for others. The lack of clear instructions prevents me from giving it a perfect 5-star rating. Despite this, it remains an excellent item for those in need of lumbar support. Just be prepared for a bit of trial and error to get the hang of it.

The pump was cool. The pillow was very uncomfortable. I plan to return it.
