The chain is heavier, and you can easily see this is not a cheap item! Durable, great quality! I have never use these before, but I was very surprised at how much it helps me with my anxiety! I am now going to a few more to give to my daughters For our birthday presents, because they also suffer from anxiety. I know they would love it!

Spent more money to purchase this specific one due to it being advertised as silent, many of the reviews confirmed it is silent, but sadly it is not silent at all.

I've been struggling with anxiety and recently turned to meditation for relief. However, there are times when I can't find the space or time to meditate, and that's where this meditation necklace has been a lifesaver. It's beautifully designed and pretty close to silent, so I can use it discreetly in any situation, and it just looks cool. It's amazing how a few deep breaths can help me regain my calm. It’s basically like breathing through a large drinking straw, not enough resistance. Bought a different one at the same time and it has much more resistance and feels more high quality and heavier. This is super lightweight and feels cheaper. The other was less expensive too. If you’re looking for something like that, try the du-os l-a-c (without the hyphens), highly recommend that one.

I saw some review photos showing the necklace coming in a box with a cloth.Mine just came in a pink tie bag with no cloth.The product itself seems fine, I just assumed it would have been presented nicer for gifting.

Bought this to help keep my fingers and mouth occupied whilst I quit smoking, it’s great for that but it’s the same as the cheaper ones. I bought a cheap alternative version first but the chain broke after a week. This one the chain broke after two weeks. The tube is the same on both the £4 one and this one. I bought this thinking is was going to be durable and high quality, Its average and I’m guessing the extra money goes on the packaging which while nice, doesn’t have an effect on the products low quality. For £40+ I expect something that lasts, I tried emailing the manufacturer but no reply. Can’t get an exchange on Amazon only return.
