So yes, at least it works very well for me! **Q: Caucasian hair, thick, super dry and frizzy. twisting daughters hair to lock in moisture. will this work? will it look oily? i'm so lost.** A: I bought this to use on my 5 year old locs. African American, very kinky/tightly curled hair. This product is more of a gel consistency but in my opinion didn’t provide very much “moisture” or locking in of moisture because his hair is so dry. So I added vitamin e oil to his roots and end of his hair. It makes it much more softer, easier to twist and didn’t have a bad mix reaction with the Cantu.
