I've never bought an Igenix product before but bought this because it seemed to be at a good price and I only really needed something to take the edge of the chill in my bedroom during really cold weather. I was so pleased I went with this heater it is brilliant. I was a bit unsure when I opened it because it is only small but it really throws some heat out and only needs to be on for about five minutes and the bedroom is lovely and warm. Extremely happy with my purchase and will certainly consider other items by this manufacturer.

Lovely little effective heater. Using in my workshop and it works and heats up very quickly and nice and quiet.

This heater is a great little heater and does get nice and hot, so is great for the price. But there is a a bit of a problem with it that I have been struggling with. And that is the dials for the fan and settings. They are set right into the side of it which makes gripping them quite hard to do. If you struggle with grip strength at all then I think you’d find it hard to turn them. When I have just put on my face cream and want to turn the fire off I can’t turn the dials at all. I think they should have had something to grip on to to turn them. But apart from that it’s a great little heater.

I love this heater and the brand. Had one of these for over 5yrs before it eventually packed up so I’m not annoyed and am glad I could re buy the same model. Have the cooling fan tower from this brand too. Heats a room well and pretty quickly and can control the temperature

Good little fan heater for domestic use. 2kw chucks out a nice bit of heat, it's two heat, u have rotary switch between off, cool, heat one (¹kw) and heat two (²kw) plus the thermostatic rotary control. It's designed to be used in upright or flat position. Plus it can be used in Summer as it does have a cool setting to be be used as a fan.Very happy with it.

I can't believe this is able to be sold, it started to make a noise as soon as it was turned on and after an hour it sounded like a demented cricket was lose in the room. So had to be turned off. I purchased this heater as a boost for the conservatory over Christmas as I knew our guests would end up in that room, I thought at least I can leave it on low over night to maintain some warmth. I found it in the morning on it's back on the floor with bits of cheap plastic all around it, it had actually vibrated itself off the cabinet and crashed on to the floor, I know this because I put it back on the surface and watched it do the exact same thing. It's now in the bin and I strongly suggest you avoid putting this thing in your home.

You get what you pay for. This heater is very cheap and does the basic job of heating well. It heats up very fast and can be very hot. However, do not expect any accurate temperature control as the thermostat is very rudimentary - it rarely switches off on its on (at least I am always very warm before the thermostat thinks it is). The heater is quite light, ie not necessarily suited to places where it can easily be pushed over. It can be be used horizontal and vertical which is useful. One last thing that will scare some buyers is a visible electric 'flash/spark' whenever the thermostat switches.

I was looking for a small heater so that I could dry out the plaster in a couple of rooms and I didn't want to spend too much money. I was very pleasantly surprised with the size and output of the device as was the builder. When you first power it up, there will be a slight burning smell. Just to put your mind at rest, that is completely normal for a heater and will go after 20 min. There is a bit of noise, but again, it is a lot quieter than other heaters. Obviously not going to get too excited about a heater, but it is functional and does its job well.
