One of the switches stop clicking on and off, it stays at the bottom position and doesn't spring up, has this happened to anyone?

The middle switch (least used) has randomly popped out today. Plug was 2 years old. Not good enough

Hello - yes a good quality adaptor which has one plug into the mains & 3 plug outlet points - it illuminates green when connected & each individual socket can be controlled on /off with a red light indicator . Very neat & well recommended it’s 13amp & power surge .

Why is the product different to the one shown on the picture? Its not plain white and the switches are large

The image shows the correct product, whoever you bought from has supplied the wrong product. You should contact Amazon and return the product you have been supplied with.

Doesn't seem to be operating - the lights are green but no electricity getting through to the appliance

The green light indicates that the main plug itself is powered up. Each of the three switches will indicate a red light when they are turned on. They aren't turned on in the 'convential' way, you press the switch at its top to turn each on. It will then indicate red whether you have a plug inserted in one of the three sockets or not.
