The product arrived before i expected it, i have used superpump 250 in the past but have looked everywhere and couldnt find it so i used the next best thing which is this, it gave me an increase in energy and endurance for my workouts, and the pumps was incredible, like your skin was going to rip, just like it says on the label lol, it recommends 2 scoops but from personal preference i prefer to use 1 or maybe 1 and half on the days i dont feel as good to train, it gave me mental focus to push through my workouts compared to not using it and didnt train as hard or as long, you dont get the crash like u do with caffeinated drinks, it slowly works its self out and u dont feel as though u have hit a brick wall by the end of the workout, the pump lasts for a while after heavy workout sessions, i wouldnt recommend using after 6pm, the only down side is the taste, i ordered the fruit punch and it is a aquired taste to say the least, but after a few days or drinking it u will hardly notice, it mixes very well with water, having only used a shaker bottle, i gave it a few good shakes and it seems to have mixed well, it hasnt gave me any lumps or unmixed powder yet after a few weeks so would recommend to friends and family and would recommend trying a different taste, but each to there own i suppose

Not over strong and not over longasting but decent initial drive and pump

When I say I've tried alot of pre-workout supps, I mean alot. I've used no xplode, jack 3d, assaultpharm, even myproteins own brand, amongst many others. But they have all left me feeling s***ty after about 10minutes, no real wake up call that i was searching for. This however really shocked me. It gives you such heightened focus and energy like nothing i have tried before and doesn't make you feel buzzed, it's a very clean energy so to speak. Soon as i hit the gym and my headphones are in, the first 12 reps are a breeze and really gets you off to a good start. You feel no real fatigue during the workout and you just seem to pump every last rep like its your last. Amazing feeling when im using this, cannot fault it in any way!I usually take 2 scoops 20minutes before a workout to get the best results... As people have mentioned before though, don't take this 5-6hours before bed or else you may be a little restless.Overall 5 out of 5. Definately Recommend

GASPARI SUPERPUMP MAXI thought I would give this product a second chance as I tried it about 8 years ago when I ran out of BSN no xplode. It didnt work as well as the no xplode in terms of pump, vascularity and motivation but i thought I'd try again as my stomach cant handle the no xplode anymore.I found it kept me lean probably due to the bcaa's but didn't really me psyched or pumped like I'd hoped. It appealed to me though due to having no artificial colours although it still contains sweeteners and it doesn't blow your head off and you make you feel weird.I'd recommend this for people who are caffeine sensitive or want some bcaa's with a bit of a boost.I have ordered sci-mx xplode for next time

This Review is for the Fruit Punch Flavoured tub.My first serving I started on one scoop (as recommended on the tub) - but it was very very weak, in taste and in effect. It did however mix very well. Obviously the more scoops you put in the stronger it will be.My 2nd serving was two scoops, and at first I didn't think it done anything at all. 3rd and 4th serving of two scoops, I could definitely feel it working. I was working out for longer and could do more sets.After this, and for the remainder of the tub I stepped it up to 3 scoops per serving. On 3 scoops, I was spending longer in the gym and was very focused. Could do loads more sets and felt like I could just go on and on.Overall, after a few days of getting used to it (and taking 3 scoops per serving) I could feel it working and I did feel I benefited from it.My only gripe is that since I was needing 3 scoops per serving, the tub lasted a very short period of time. Bit of constructive criticism for future, is that I'd like to see larger (2,3,4KG) tubs and the prices slashed.4 stars as there is always room for improvement (i.e Value for money and tub size).If your on the fence about buying it, all I would say is TRY IT FOR YOURSELF and find out, make your own judgement on it. What might work or have an effect on someone else may not necessarily do the same for you.If it doesn't work for you, at least you will know to stay away and try another product. You may try it and think its the pre-workout you've been looking for.

This product mixes well and the taste is ok, there are a lot of pre workout products out there, there seems to be a difference when using this product than using nothing at all. My strength has increased but this will be due to diet and training methods, not only down to this product.

I have used this item for many years. Variously (like now) I have used similar products because traveling internationally this item is not always available. However, I have never found its equal. I have lately tried other products because I had to but also experimented with similar products without the creatine. I find that I have less energy, less strength, and less motivation with other products. I am sold on this product. Warning: There is a reason my friends call it Super Dump. After taking this be prepared to use the restroom before the gym. This item stimulates both peristalsis of the GI tract and urinary frequency for a brief period.

I've had Superpump 2.0 in the past and it's been brilliant.However on this occasion I was sent 3.0 instead... Presumably 2.0 is discontinued but the point is I ordered that for a reason. I've had 3.0 once before to try it and massively disliked it, I decided to try it again and this time I hate it:Gave me a big come down, made me feel anxious, if anything a bit shakey. Did nothing to benefit my workout what so ever. Just a waste of money and they have disappointed me for good now.If you can get hold of 2.0 definitely do, but if they send you 3.0 just get rid of it you've every right to do so.

The pump is great, however the taste is a bit tart

For starters I ordered the candy flavor and got a cool orange, no big deal I like cool orange too, but I don’t know if I got a bad batch or if they changed formula or I don’t know but it tastes really bad, it doesn’t have any flavor, I would be ok if it worked but it doesn’t, no energy, no pumps, it does nothing, super pump has always been my favorite pre workout since it doesn’t give me the itch other pre workouts give, it gives good pumps and decent energy to finish my workout but with this one they fail me

Yep yep, Mr Gaspari went bankrupt, wrote of everything to his wife etc. And whole bunch of stupid kids ate it like candy, and the original 250 was banned because of that. But…I go to gym for 12 years, first 6 years strait, first year 6 days a week. I never did hormones or roids, but this thing is a beast ! It gives the focus, the pump, all of that. It gives pure joy

Been using this for 10 years because i never crashed and the flavor was great. The last one i bought tasted terrible so i thought it was a bad batch or something. I ordered two more pink Lemonade and fruit punch they both taste horrible and now the formula over stimulates me so i will not be buying anymore of this. Not sure why they would change such a great formula. I will be returning them and starting the search for a new product that will not make my head explode. I hope they read these reviews and realize their mistake. Such a great product to have it messed up. I did reach out to Gasapri nutrition and they did send me some from a different batch to replace the ones i had. They claim that nothing has changed but hard to tell me that since i have used this product so long. Finding a good pre-workout is so frustrating. The flavor and formila has been changed or they are using crappy replacement ingredients.
