I originally bought it for my son, but the peppermint flavoring is very strong, so i use it for myself now. Its very convenient, and i end up using it more than pills, you just open your cupboard see it spray it and voila ! I hope the quality of the vitamin is good, I can't vouch for that as I have no idea what qualifies for a good vitamin

J’ai commandé ce spray de vitamine D3 à 1000 IU pour éviter les comprimés et faciliter l’apport quotidien en hiver. Le format spray est très pratique : un simple geste dans la joue, sans avaler de pilule, avec un goût menthe léger et agréable , mais à ne pas prendre à n'importe quel moment justement à cause de ce goût mentholé. Le flacon de 15 ml contient l’équivalent d’environ trois mois d’utilisation à une dose quotidienne, ce qui le rend économique. L’emballage est sobre mais solide, et il est facile à transporter et à ranger. La fabrication au Royaume-Uni offre un gage de qualité et de traçabilité, ce qui m'allait bien. Au niveau des effets, un bon confort global sans effet secondaire discernable. Les points qui pourraient être améliorés : la notice est assez succincte En conclusion c'est une excellente solution pour ceux qui préfèrent éviter les gélules ou comprimés : dosage précis, ingestion agréable et bonne efficacité pour entretenir les niveaux de vitamine D.
