Good quality and neutral taste
I am a Nigerian and will naturally get most of my vitamins for daily activities and environs considering the type of weather temperature that exists in Nigeria. I have had to purchase this since I have been in the UK for almost three years now and I have at few occasions feel some pains within some part of my joints, all I need to do is swallow a pill a day with no challenge.
