Stops snoring
Took a few night to get used to breathing through my nose, but persevere and you will find that it stops snoring and you breath slower deeper and smoother. I listened to a podcast where James Nester explained that there is a lot of evidence that a lot of health problems can be attributed to mouth breathing whilst asleep so I will be monitoring my metrics to see if this makes a difference

The product is small, definitely child sized. Stuck well but definitely on smaller side
