Q: I'm 6'3", 215lbs and generally wear an xl. anyone in the same (or similar) boat that can comment on upsizing to a xxl?

They fit tighter around the shoulders and arms and are a little longer and more slender fitting than a normal XL. Great for an athletic build. You won't want a XXL if your 6'3" 215.

Q: does it fit baggy like standard t-shirts or does it have a nicer fit?

I bought these t-shirts, medium size and it fit me well like i expected.
