These are the new Vsx essential. you download the software so it’s always the latest.

Do they break easily and how durable are VSX headphones? I heard the older versions were not great.

I've read the older version has plastic in the inside of the over skull area. My version, purchased recently, has metal. That supposedly was the fix. They do not feel as high quality as my other headphones especially since they are 3x the cost. You're mostly paying for the software and the headphones are supposed to have 0 character added, flat.
