Well designed and comfortable. The seat is very wide which is great, since I sit with my legs folded sometime. The head support is for people with bigger torsos, since my head doesn't even reach it. Assembly was a little frustrating. I even contacted the seller to let them know that the screws to attach the head rest were shorter than they should be and to resend the correct length. But they just asked me to redo the assembly. So I ended up buying screws myself to fix it. Satisfied with the product, for the price I paid, otherwise.

The chair is okay if you just need something in a pinch, but definitely not worth the price. It's also very low even on the highest level so not great if you're under 5'3" and are trying to mind your desk ergonomics. Save your money and find a better chair.

First of all, this was an emergency purchase since my other ergonomic chair broke the other day. I wanted something that was a reasonable price and this seemed like it had what I wanted had alright reviews. This chair is TERRIBLE. I would return it right now if I could but I am unable to since it is very large and I do not have a car to transport it. I am basically stuck with this chair and I'm extremely unhappy.No Instructions Included:I normally don't read the instructions while building things, but this not having instructions was an inconvienence when it came to what screws to use. It took a little bit of trial and error since the top part requires the longest screws.Arm Rests:However, the really annoying feature is that even though this chair is tall enough for someone with a long torso like me, the arm rests are for a child!! I have never been in a chair with arm rests so small and close to the seat! I have to flip the arm rests up all the way and balance my arms on the tip of the arm rest which is crazy!!! If they were higher or longer it would not be a problem, but this is lacking both...Bought this to replace my chair that just broke so I already had a seat pad/back pad for comfort and this chair DEFINETLY needs add ons in order to sit in this comfortably. I hate how I'm stuck with this chair and wasted money on this. PLEASE save yourself and buy a different chair!!!! This is not worth it at all.

The chair is uncomfortable’ I ended up taking the head piece off because it sticks forward. And find myself trying to adjust all day with the lower back piece making it more difficult to get comfortable in the seat plus There is no spring when sitting back,…. I want my money back

Affordable but barely 'good' in the good/better/best world. One of the caster wheels defective so it would not assemble completely. Which is fine, even if it did this chair not really great. Returning it is a bit of a hassle, as there is NO WAY to disassemble it completely once it has been assembled. The caster wheels will not come off easily, and the cover that conceals the screws on the headrest after assembled is impossible to remove. Let's see how UPS takes this not fitting in box for return. What a hassle and waste of time.

Great product and reasonably priced.If this is your first chair, you should get it. I use it in combination with my standing desk and enjoy it.I had issues with the product but the support team was able to very promptly resolve my query, one of the quickest response I have experienced.
