Great item, good for exercising a knee injury
Good long robust item. Only issue is the loop at the end just about goes over my foot and I'm 6ft 2 and have size 11 feet.

Simple but effective
Great bit of kit and very well made . Should last a long time . Bought for hamstring and back of knee pain . Advised to use band bedtime and first thing in morning which definitely relieves problems . This will now be a regular regime to keep muscles nicely stretched so overall very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend .

Works well, good length
This strap works really well, and the length helps if you're taller. It seems to be holding up really well so far, even though I frequently use it with my running shoes on.

Lovely stretch!
I recently joined my local YMCA so I'm starting to do all kinds of exercises. Classes, running, weights, swimming, etc. I have never been a flexible person so I thought this strap could help me get a nice deep stretch & I was right. I love that it came with a guide & I plan on looking up more stretches as well. It's very well made which is the most important part of course. The loops on both ends are lined which is excellent. Not that it matters, but the blue and gold is very pretty which is just a fun bonus.
