Pet Tracker for Cats - 1 Remote Locator with 3 Collar Receivers – White, Blue & Pink

I bought this back in January for my kittens but did not try it out properly until recently. I have bought 5 or 6 different collar types and none of them are slim enough to thread through the pet locator device - who on earth designed this? We are not trying to work out how we can 'tape on' the device to regular collars. I buy a lot of items on Amazon but this has to be one of the most expensive mistakes of all time and I can't return it as it is too late. I would highly recommend you find an alternative to this product. I do not even get the option of contacting the seller now to ask any questions.

One of the cat caller which is blue in colour in not working. I asked to be returned and I am still waiting. So at the moment it didn't meet my expectations because i can't use the blue one. How long does it take for you to collect the item?

This may work better for larger cats - we have a pair of Tonkinese that have very slender necks. The bleepers that are supposed to go on their collars form a long, flat section of collar that make it impossible to fit the collars without strangling the poor creatures. It would be better if the lugs that the collar fits through were longer, so that the unit could stand further off the neck, although that might cause a greater risk of the collar getting caught on something. If you have a cat with a larger neck or are an incompetent zoo keeper with a penchant for losing tigers this would be ideal. The product works reasonably well - albeit as a key finder! It works through walls in the house but outdoors, at greater range, it wasn't so good - you needed to get quite close to the collar to get it to pick up the signal from the handset. It works brilliantly line-of-sight, although that sort of defeats the object, but I think that if you were hunting the neighbourhood and wanted to know if your cat was stuck in someone's shed or garage, you could get close enough to tell.

It is a pretty pointless product unless you want to find your cat in a quiet house. My purpose was to locate said feline outside and a way off, and just didn't do that. Also the collar thing is pretty big so your cat needs to be, too.
