I started using this after much research into NAD. After about a month I was able to bend and move like I had not been able to in quite some time. I felt more energetic and my skin looked better. I started taking this NAD supplement a few months ago, mainly for ADHD symptoms and treating chronic fatigue syndrome and I've noticed that I have more energy and focus. It's also said to be good for treating high blood pressure and high cholesterol, but I haven't really been keeping up with these things since I only go to the Dr about once or twice a year. It's also supposed to boost the immune system and my whole family got bronchitis about two weeks ago but I didn't get it so it seems to be a great, inexpensive supplement.

Of course, check with your doctor first -- but trying it cautiously, and paying close attention to my body, this has worked really well. I could tell the difference in the first two weeks. My physiological energy did rise a bit, and it's helped deal with stress at work.

After NMN was removed from the market, I searched high and low for a replacement. I had such extreme fatigue post Covid in 2022 and would/can sleep 14-16+ hours (yes, really) in a day until I found this product. I believe it works better than NMN and find I am more alert and only need a normal night's sleep. When I forget to take it, once again the severe fatigue sets in. Rarely do I ever purchase a product more than once, but this is one that I will keep buying.

I tried Tru Niagen and was surprised that it actually helped. It's hard to describe I was definitely overall "better" after starting it. However, Tru Niagen is expensive and long haul it adds up. So I picked this up as an alternative. I was excited as it suggests it could even be more effective, to the point I stopped taking Tru Niagen and switched to this as soon as I got it. Within a few days I felt worse, to the point I thought maybe I had a cold. I stuck with it for a couple weeks and did not improve. But I had some Tru Niagen left so I switched back and within a couples I felt clearly better! I switched back and forth a couple more times to test this, and each time this NAD Plus supplement was nothing. Each time Tru Niagen clearly had a positive effect. Thanks I guess to these guys for getting me to stop Tru Niagen long enough to test whether it really was effective. Yes, yes it is. And no, no this is not. This might as well be a water pill, I'm still looking for an alternative to Tru Niagen that works, but this isn't it.
