Lasted nearly ten years
Mine finally developed a crack down the side today, so I logged in to Amazon to purchase a replacement - transpires I had bought it in December 2015! A fiver for nearly a decade’s use seems pretty decent to me, and I’m happy to shell out £7.50 for another one now.

Bought to use in Hot Tub !!
We have a hot tub which sometimes gets dirty at the bottom with dust etc off your feet. I was looking for a hot tub vacuum which cost around £50. I came across a self help video on the internet which said using a turkey baster would do the job so i thought for £5 it was worth a try. It arrived really quickly and does the job brilliantly !!Very pleased with it. Its easy to clean and take apart and with a clear nozzle i can see the grit and dust disappearing up the tube when its released. Maybe an unorthodox use for a turkey baster but i have happily saved myself £45 +Obviously this would also be good to baste turkeys or chickens etc but that is not what i bought it for.

Seems well made and durable but destined never to baste (read on)...
Strange review as this wasn't bought for, nor will it ever get used for basting... I needed a large pipette (this fits the bill) to fill bottles very carefully and more precisely than a funnel, in order to leave no splashes above the water line, so to make for better product/drink/bottle/glass photography. This fits the bill well. Well constructed and a good size, good capacity, doesn't readily drip once loaded, seems very durable. Only negative is that the box it came in could have housed 15 of these, so bit of a waste.

Terrible quality - cracked after 1 use
I used this Turkey baster once on Xmas Day to suck up the excess fat in my roasting pan. Good suction and worked well. However, when I hand washed it afterwards, the acrylic tube was cracked and had multiple pinholes where water squirted out - see attached photos. An expensive one-off use. Don't bother.

Great
good suction, good length not quite so easy to clean inside, i squirt washing up liquid into it then fill it with hot water covering both open ends with a hand then shake vigorously lol but its a great baster although i did spill hot fat all in the bottom of me oven as once youve sucked it up it doesnt stay up, but know im used to it i use it all the time

Crispy Chicken everytime.Super Sucker
Great BasterLots of suction easy to use with its big -------Not sure what to call it, round sucky-up thing.Measuring guide up the side so you can see how much you`v got in it.Only thing some times hole at bottom seam a little bit small and get clogged up now and then and to be honest i did widen it up a little,I also use it to lift off excess fat from certain dishes.
