How do these hold up in low tunings like drop b?

I am in b drop a. I have a locking tremolo and I use it alot!!!! These strings are incredible!!!! Exellent sounding highs and in your face lows!!!! I don't use anything else. My rythem guitarist (also with a floyd rose) uses 13 gauge ddts!!!

Can i use these on an acoustic guitar

Yes, but I would suggest using Phospher Bronze acoustic strings they would sound much better

Do these have a decent brightness to them?

They are not overtly bright, but they do not sound like just BOOM BOOm either. These are my favorite strings for Drop tuning as they just work and sound amazing.
