They are made of a very light weight durable foam. The are solid, and fairly rigid. They sit on the head very nice and comfortably.

Will these stand up to rain if worn outdoors?

They're a sort of rubbery/ foam substance so they should be fine, though if you're going to wear them in the rain repeatedly I'm sure the paint will start wearing off.

They look very gold-ish... what color would you say they are?

While Elope does make a solid gold Ram horn, this particular style is a bronze color. :D
