Spear & Jackson 6659BLADE Spare Blade & Spring for 6659BS

Blade arrived in time. Good solid build quality. Easy to fit (about 20min) following limited instruction in the pack...or use YouTube videos. Just need to ensure you don't tighten screws too much when refitting secateurs otherwise the blade doesn't open! Have used it 1 month now cutting apple, pine and herbaceous plants without trouble. Have not replaced spring yet, but seems to be ok. Overall would recommend as a replacement blade.

Good spring , has made an old set of secateurs useable , I haven’t used the blade yet , will need someone with nimble fingers to fit it for me .
