This five-piece kit contains all the tools necessary to assemble and time the VANOS cam-timing units on BMW M52TU, M54 and M56 6-cylinder engines utilized from 1998 onwards. Tool Includes: Alignment jig (large aluminum item in photo) Sprocket assembly jig (large rectangular black item in photo) Rigid chain tensioner (cylindrical black / threaded item in photo) Chain tensioner lock pin VANOS compressed air connector (top right of case in photo) Packaged in molded plastic carrying / storage case.
