Worked really well for about 3 months then the charge port cover came off and the watch face is separating from the body. Also the Timer function deactivates some time through the day, I think due to the watch separating.I have contacted the company that sells the watches directly through their website but have not responded. For $50 I expected to get more than 3 months out of it.

This watch has saved me sooooooo much frustration. It’s basic and more discreet than those ones that look like a big potty. It plays “If you’re happy and you know it” My son comes running to the potty saying “I hear music!” And continues to sing, “If you’re happy and you know it go pee… GO PEE!!!” Which is amusing for everyone, but hey, no more accidents.It is so much nicer than me seeing a timer because anyone who is a parent knows that you’re being pulled a million different places and if you’re folding laundry in one room and the kid is playing in another room, I’d stop the timer then forget to go remind my son to pee.He is very happy because it seems more like something he is choosing to do rather than mama making him.We had some issues with the watch acting like it was charging even though it was unplugged. We got it working again, but the next time it needed charged it did it again and started acting crazy. I contacted Eli and Kaya and they gave me some troubleshooting tips. When those didn’t work, they were quick to send me a new watch with no questions. They also sent a hand written note! Can’t beat that.My little man is back on schedule and loving his watch and mama is loving less loads of laundry.

This product is amazing! My son has had a bowel blockage problem. He needs constant reminders to go to the bathroom. When I say this product was everything he needed, it is not an understatement. It's comfortable to wear. It's extremely easy to use. It is also discreet. This is most important as he does not want anyone knowing it's a potty watch. It looks just like a smart watch. He will be able to use this in school as well since it also has a vibrate feature. I wish he would have had this when he was in the hospital this past year. This product is amazing and I'm willing to bet it has helped so many children. When I get some money I am going to donate because they also give these to children in need, which I love. Also, the customer service is amazing. Very kind people. This has helped my son so much everyone. I cannot say enough. If your kid needs this,I highly recommend.

I got this for my son and was so excited to finally have a potty training watch that was rechargeable and waterproof.One thing I was upset about is that the charging cable did not come in the package as I thought it would. I sent out an email and they were so kind to send me the charger asap! Now time to test this new watch out 👍🏽

The watch was a great idea. Definitely made my son excited to go potty but it was very short lived. He figured out really quickly how to shut it off and then wouldn’t go to the potty.
