Brilliant pan and replaced a cast iron one that had begun to lose its non-stickiness. Much lighter and seems far better non stick wise plus easy to wash and clean

As with everything these days, starts out being very good but time will tell how long the non-stick coating will last. Required very minimal oil when frying anything, so far so good really. Quite cheap when compared to other brands.

Not used it yet but the quality is there to see. Gave four star's to start with until I use the pan. I'll keep you posted.

I waited a few months before writing this review as the real test can only come with time. I am pleased to report that after these few months and fairly heavy use (I reckon twice a week), that so far nothing sticks! There is some browning to the underside as you'd expect, but the cooking surface is as clean and non-stick as the day we bought it. Considering the price compared to far more expensive "professional" pans, I am very impressed, not only with the non-stick but also the weight and solidity. We do look after it, so don't use abrasive cleaning, or metal implements, and so far this has worked really well.

Awesome bit of kit. Have bought lots of pans over the years and I’m not a kitchen whore who would pay 80 quid for a pan, but then again nothing is more annoying that a dirt cheap pan that doesn’t hold a good heat and is a nightmare to get clean. These scoville pans are awesome. The reviews are truthful and this is the best pan I have owned. I bought a small one and a larger deeper flat bottomed wok type one. Both are excellent. It used them for omelettes, fried breakfasts, curry’s, paella’s, they are all I need. They hold an amazing heat but nothing sticks, and to clean you just need water! Seriously I put everything through the dishwasher normally, but these I just swill under the sink in hot water, and they come away clean like new. I have had them several weeks now and never have had to scrub them and I use them daily. They are very heavy and feel solid, I don’t know how they will last long term, but I’m quite heavy handed bashing around in the kitchen and they seem really well made. Only one downside is if you have a glass job they may scratch a little if your move them around while in contact with the glass. It was a lesson I learnt the first few times I used them and more user error than the pans fault, so I just pick them up before swirling or tossing them.

Deeper than the previous 24cm Scoville Never Stock frying pan I bought a couple of years ago, and so the base of the pan is not as big. Not sure why they changed the design, but it's not a major problem. Pan still works fine. Happy with product.

I have tried many other brands but end up returning to Scoville You hardly use any oil to be honest most of the time I cook oil free It heats evenly a round the pan and so easy to clean Very solid build and will last for many years

There were a few negative reviews for this pan on here but as the positive outweighed them I decided to give it a try. What a brilliant pan this is. It is non-stick, so easy to clean and can definitely be used oil free. Can only assume previous reviewers with issues have not read the instructions for this pan. I used on an induction hob without any problems whatsoever. This pan gets really hot which is why it should only be used on a medium heat - the maximum setting on my induction hob is 9 so I limited the highest temperature to 5, reducing as required and have had fab results. if overheating occurs then a small amount of water is all that is required to sort it. It washes like a dream with a quick rinse and leaves no smell in the pan. The only downside is that after I bought it, I found ASDA had this very same pan for only £9 - I paid £16. Thoroughly recommend.
