Can this be installed in drive way on the outdoors? My drive way has a slope and I want a stopper for winter use.

The product is more for feel so the driver can sense when the car is in the right spot. It's a guide rather than a stopper. It isn't that difficult to roll over it. I don't think it could, for example, stop a rolling/sliding vehicle on a steep driveway in the winter.

Does nails come with the pkg?

No, it comes with the adhesive only.

Are these good for outside on the ground

They work perfectly. Our driveway is on a very slight incline so my husband used concrete screws and attached them backwards intentionally so that it stops his car from rolling backwards unless he makes it move. Awesome solution and upgrade from the bricks he was previously using to chuck his wheels LOL!
