Morphy Richards Intellichef Multi-Cooker 562020 White/Black Multicooker

Bought this to use when we are away in the motorhome. Gas is at a premium when we are in Europe but I wanted to cook oven meals and to cook outside. Fits the bill perfectly. So easy to use and then so easy to clean. It has replaced our oven and our BBQ.

I used the multi-cooker for the 1st time,making coq au vin, was able to make the chicken recipe from start to finish all within the multi-cooker and it was beautiful.you need to try out the temperature dial to see which temperature suits whatever you are cooking , but the enclosed recipe sugestions give you a rough idea of temperatures you need. I am happy to give five stars to morphy richards for a fantastic product.I forgot to mention the item was delivered well wrapped and in perfect condition. I haven't tried the other recomended methods of cooking,but have plans to do beef stew and dumplings soon. There is virtually no end to what you can cook in the Multi-cooker by Morphy Richards.

I live in a retirement flat with a small kitchen and hope I can dispense with my wok, slow cooker, and egg poacher pan, as the multicooker will do all these. I only bought it today and I'm trying it out with a chicken casserole. I hoped there would be more recipes in the book which is included, but on the front of the book are instructions for downloading an app. I tried this on my iPad without success. I will hunt around later to see if there are any more helpful apps. or books.

I don’t believe it- I’m reviewing a multicooker. This is an awesome sublime piece of kit. Powerful enough to cook steaks as a frying area and gentle enough to produce wonderful slow- cooked meat casseroles without effort. Cleans easily with detergent and water- don’t need to dish wash at all. Powerful enough to bake and deep enough to take a large portion of ingredients for a family. This is the product you need- really!

Very happy initially , lots of good ways to cook , we bought to use in our Motorhome as we have not got an oven. Tried 3 times to use in house but every time makes loud intermittent clicking sound , on heating up and cooling down. Rang Morphy richards who said expected and safe to use. We did not feel happy as sound would drive you mad in confined space of Motorhome, plus would we be happy to leave switched on if went out. Returned for refund.

I bought the product 2 years ago. It looks good and does what it promised. It's easy to use and reasonably easy to clean, never in the dishwasher. last time when I turned it on it switched the fuse off. I cleaned the base dried it - the same, the moment I turn it on it switches electricity off. Used less than 50 times and already broken it's not a good result. I can not recommend it.

Have bought and returned 3 alleged slow cookers in the last fortnight to replace my old one. All 3 just constantly boiled the c*** out of everything, one of them even on the keep warm setting. Then I found this and noticed the temperature control, so decided to give it a go. So glad I did. Not only can I set the perfect temperature for a long slow cook, (around 190f), but I can brown the meat, remove it, brown the onions, chuck all the veg in followed by a goodly glug of wine, quickly boil off the alcohol, put the meat back in, add stock, herbs and anything else. Then just turn it down and forget it ALL IN ONE PAN. I can use it to sear meat for sous vide, boil eggs, steam, shallow fry, deep fry and probably a whole lot more. If only it would do the ironing.

Used it occasionally in the seasonal caravan. Disappointed after two years it has stopped working.
