I bought the 20 fire red shrimp. Shipped Tuesday, received Thursday! Beautiful shrimp, all different sizes, along with a ton of little babies. Packaged perfectly. I am delighted with my shrimp, will definitely order from again!

I'm very pleased with the customer service. The first package was lost and they didn't hesitate to ship another as soon as they received my message. That package was only half my order, so another was sent without hesitation. The shrimp are beautiful, extra we're included, and there were minimal doa (covered by extras). The price at $60 for 20 fire red Neocaridina is great!I took one star away because every shrimp is large and of advanced age. Since they don't live super long lives I'm not sure how long they'll be around. Both packages I received leaked. One quite a bit. The packaging filler was an awful fluffy mess both times.Not sure I'll purchase again if I'm going to receive old shrimp. But again, very much appreciate the customer service.

The shrimp were a beautiful fire red color and in good health. They all arrived alive. The shrimp were very well packaged and I will definitely be ordering more.

We’ve been keeping neocaridina for about 6 years now and are pretty solid intermediate level aquarists. Upon arrival, there were a couple DOAs, but a bunch came in with signs of illness and decay. After a few days, unfortunately, most have died off and are not covered by the refund policy. The tank was a cycled tank that we just removed a different neocaridina group from, so the parameters were pretty much on point.We’ve ordered neocaridina online from various sellers before with only a few DOAs over the years, so not sure what happened this time around. Overall the shrimp had pretty good coloration, but we might have to cull the last few remaining in case they had illnesses and start the tank over. The weather has been bad across the US, so maybe we’ll try again when the weather is more optimal for shipping.

I wasn’t expecting as healthy and colorful shrimp for the price these have blow my expectations away i only received 1 DEAD ON ARRIVAL out of 24 which is pretty good odds for shipping they are way more red than all the fish stores charging $5+ for each shrimp.

These shrimps were package very well and the shrimp look great. Acclimate for over one hour and introduce to my twenty-gallon aquarium. Thank for being a good vendor!!!!
