Great protein mix for gaining muscle or before / after working out . Perfect mixed with almond milk and water!

Used to use for years but flavor and texture has changed. Not good.

Tried this to see if it was worth swapping out the usual vanilla 2lb I typically buy. Nope. I'm going to give it away to a neighbor and go back you the usual.

It is nice that this is a protein isolate, so you get more protein for the calories. I mostly have whey protein on hand, so it is good to also have vegan option on hand. The vanilla flavor tastes good and it seems like good quality protein.

I have protein powder or a protein bar almost every morning. I felt this powder was thicker than what I am used to. Maybe that helps mixing it with fruit or vegetables, but I didn’t care for it being thicker. The vanilla taste was good and it wasn’t overly sweet. It is vegan, so I feel like that is a big plus for those looking for that.

I've been cutting back on dairy products so this vegan plant-based protein powder really helps. I'm also about to start keto again after the holidays so this being very low in carbs is great. I'm really liking the clean ingredients which are backed by science which helps me know that it actually works. Low calories and high protein are what I look for in a protein powder so I'll be using this and more in the future. The vanilla flavor is what you normally would think of it. Nothing special but that's the purpose since it can be used in various ways.

Each scoop of this plant protein powder provides 21 grams of protein from peas, brown rice, quinoa and pumpkin. I mix with almond milk in a blender and it dissolves well making a smoothie that, even when combined with a banana, is not too thick. The taste is earthy and pleasant with a light vanilla note. I like that the formula includes a balance of essential amino acids to enhance recovery after a workout. I try to consume within 30 minutes of exercise to maximize the uptake of protein.

This is a solid vegan protein that also contains digestive enzymes to support healthy digestion. I like that pea protein is the first ingredient as that is the best plant-based protein due to the high l-leucine content. The flavor is okay. It’s a standard vanilla flavor. Expect this to be chalkier if you are comparing it to whey protein, that is simply an aspect of plant-based proteins. All in all, I like this protein but do think it is a tad expensive at around $25 per lb.
