Honeywell Home Acel AC1443 Illuminated Door Bell Push - Black (Identical to Friedland D534 Lightspot)

I changed this over with the existing wired doorbell which no longer worked, I'm guessing due to the contacts inside wearing out. I've not had much experience in wiring, but it was really easy to install, works perfectly and the LED illumination is a real bonus, especially during dark winter nights when you're expecting more Amazon packages, the delivery drivers really can't miss it! This review is based 3 months after installing, and it's still working perfectly.

Bought this to replace bell push which no longer illuminated. Fitting was easy, just replaced wiring from old one to new and hey presto, a perfectly working bell with a bright lights on actual bell push button and from clear plastic mount. The whole thing is plastic, what else would you get for the money, but works perfectly.

Perfect replacement for the 'dead' one. Been up for a few weeks now and ... still works. It's a bell push, so naught else to say!

The item title might be a typing error or it may be deliberate, as it notes Fredland and not Friedland. I say this because the packaging of the item does not say Friedleand, it just appears to be a generic bell push. Having said that the quality of the item appears to be as good if not better than the Friedland bell push I was replacing. In addition when connected the bell push surround actually lights up. Installed with only a small problem and that is it is very tight inside the bell push housing and fiddley to attach the wires. But overall a good product I would recommend.

Bought this to replace an old brass one that was all tarnished and corroded. Wanted an illuminated push and I see now they use LEDs so hopefully they'll last for many years. Chose is one. It was easy to fit and looks well made. The internal light is as bright if not a bit brighter than the original filament lamps. It looks exactly like the Friedland model but I don't think it is a Friedland. Highly recommended

I turned off the electricity to be safe and installed this myself - 76yr old female. It is easy - but it is not illuminated! No way is this one that lights up! Otherwise it does work - the unit inside now rings when the button is pushed.

Nice and simple little unit (25mm x 60mm) very easy to fit just two small pozi screws. Used as a replacement for old door bell that had broken due plastic going brittle over time because of sunlight, time will tell if this one outlasts original bell.

First the light packed up on this item and then the buzzer stopped wall together and I still haven't found the time to repair this item and I'm wary of ordering another. 😓

Ne ho cambiati due ed entrambe hanno presentato il medesimo problema, una volta collegati i due fili necessari e data corrente, il campanello inizia a suonare senza che il tasto venga premuto. Ovviamente la prima volta pensavo si trattasse di un difetto, quindi ho contattato Amazon i quali nel giro di un solo giorno (servizio eccellente) me ne hanno spedito uno nuovo sostituzione ma, con mio stupore, anche il secondo aveva lo stesso problema. Chiaramente mi trovo costretto a sconsigliarne l'acquisto
