Barbie DVF70 made to Move Skateboarder Doll

I think this is one of the best Barbies I have seen in a long time, mostly because all her limbs move unlike most other Barbies now, my daughter is of the same opinion and this one is the go to one, she dressers her in the other Barbies cloths for everything, also I like the fact that she isn't the standard blonde.

Body that twists and turns to every other pose but you can't sit on the legs keeping it completely flat, otherwise this is posing dream! She has a printed T-shirt, jeans and shirt, helmet, skateboard, white sneakers. You can use high heels with the doll as her ankles move but be careful while taking the shoes off to not injure the ankles.She has full hair and the face is very lively and beautiful.

Great jointed doll with skateboard and helmet. Her hair is gorgeous and soft and she wears a vest, jeans and shirt. Good value.

They are good dolls but i think they are way too expensive .

Fab doll. Came earlier than estimated. In amazing condition, my son collects dolls and fell in love with this one, such a great buy! Definitely recommend.

I bought it for a 7 Year olds birthday and as soon she unwrapped it there was a huge screen and never saw her again that day. So yes it went down well.

Love Love Love her. Since I was little I wanted a Barbie that was like me and now here she is, one that can finally sit in a chair. Hooray!!. The articulation is amazing and she can be posed so many ways. She has a charming face sculpt and hair that is nice and soft. Not to mention she loves to Skateboard!! First thing I did was upgrade her to a Pinky and the Brain tech deck. Oh and in the pics is not her original outfit, she's currently sporting Paleontologist Barbies ensemble that was abandoned by my daughter when she became bath time only. (where all non articulated dolls in this house always end up) The only real shortcoming is her tiny barbie feet. She was designed to be able to wear most barbie fashions including shoes which is good but unfortunately those itty bitty feet leave her with very weak ankles so she is unable to stand on her own without support. I found the monster high manster doll stands fit her just about right. Even with this design shortcoming she still gets 5 stars. I wish Mattel would make more barbies like this. They might find girls would play with their dolls a lot longer. I know I would've if she could've just sat in a chair. Here she is chilling with her bud Duece and getting the feel for her new board. And just hanging out changing a light bulb. Show off. These dolls may rekindle my love for Barbie. They are a must have if you are a hands on collector.

I don't often write reviews, but I figured since I need to take comparison photos for my project anyways, I would go ahead and write this time.I bought this doll so I could put my artistic abilities towards customizing her, but I can say without a doubt that she would make a great playtime companion for any little kid! I've been a fan of barbie dolls for as long as I can remember, and this girl totally lands in the top five of any dolls I've owned in my life. She has so much character and spunk, but is also constructed amazingly well.Let's start with the packaging. It's very simple and easy to take apart. No thick metal wires or those troublesome plastic hair sheets I remember from my own childhood. Just peel off the plastic cover, cut a few rubber bands here and there, and she's free! If you really wanted to, I'm sure you could even take her out without the use of scissors. The back of her box also features cool tips and information about skateboarding which I found so precious.Take her out, and you will find that she stands a good 11.5 inches tall (29.21 cm) and her skin tone is a toasty tan. Out of the original preview pictures, it's the darker of the two tones you see there. Very pretty. Her eyes are chocolate brown, and she's sporting a sweet shade of light pink lipstick. You can take her helmet off to admire a thick head of soft brown hair with sun-kissed highlights. It's a bit slick and shiny which I'm personally not a huge fan of, but it's a far better preference over the rough and crinkly alternatives you find on other dolls. Despite other reviews, there's plenty of hair to be found, and it's all one even length. No choppiness anywhere. The only way you could get short little chunky bits is if you cut her out of her box the wrong way.True to its packaging ("The ultimate posable barbie doll") this sporty girl has 16 joints! Her body possesses a neck joint, two shoulder joints, two elbow joints, two wrist joints, an upper body joint, two hip joints, two thigh joints (so you can rotate her legs a full 360 degrees) two knee joints, and two ankle joints. There's plenty of opportunities for movement, but not too much. Her joints are stiff enough that she does not easily lose the pose you worked so hard putting her into. The only complaint I have about her body is the messy molding found along the plastic seams of her arms. This isn't such a big deal, though, especially if you plan on keeping her flannel on, and if it truly bothers you then it can be easily fixed with a sheet of sandpaper.Her outfit features a pair of jeans, a tank top, a separate flannel top, two white sneakers, and two knee pads with a helmet (safety, kids!) to protect her while she rides her skateboard- which does indeed roll on smooth surfaces. For any child seeking a doll who is just as adventurous and fun as she is beautiful, this is the perfect toy! She'll take you to the skate park and she'll look pretty doing it too.

Non solo ha spedito il prodotto un'ora dopo l'acquisto, tanto che, comprata ieri, l'ho ricevuto oggi pur non essendo un Prime Amazon. I am buying the 2nd Barbie-skateboarder, this time for my niece and I have already one for myself. It's an amazing toy with great concept of a strong, independent, happy and fun-having character and of amazingly great quality: the made-to-move body is just mind-blowing, so flexible, she can everything! The clothes are so well-thought: the print on her blouse, the shirt with prolonged sleeves to make them possible to tie around her body, the narrow elastic "jeans". Her accessories are just perfect: helmet is silicon, knee-protecting things are vinyl, the skateboard itself is firm, nice-quality plastic. This is an amazing, fun, high-quality toy I am completely fascinated with. Every girls would love it! Well, some girls hate visible joints - so it can be a minus for some, but for me it's absolutely ok, her body and face, and hair and accessories are great, she's almost perfect.
