Cultures did not take for us
We were very excited to try these cultures to make some yogourt. Sadly for use the cultures didn't take. We are not sure it is was something we did or they got spoiled in transit/storage.The instructions were really clear and simple to follow. Packets were well sealed and shipped in simple packaging. The results we did get tasted very good but just did not take quite as expected.

One pouch delivered 2 litres of creamy, soft tasting yogurt. I'm also re-seeded successfully.
Verdict: 5⭐ (It just works!) and bonus 5❤️ for the smooth taste if you follow the recipe.*** The good 👍✅ Taste and quality: I had the yogurt ferment for 12 hours at precisely 45 degrees celsius. Out of the pot, the yogurt tasted surprisingly pleasant, lightyears from the acidity of commercial "natural" yogurt. The texture was also much smoother and the smell, lovely.✅ Simplicity to use: Aside from time, patience, and a few important milestones to follow (pasteurizing the milk, waiting until it is down to 45 Celsius, etc.), this is mostly a set-it-and-forget-it recipe that will deliver an excellent experience when it finally comes out of the fridge.*** Comments🌐 I have now tested using 50ml of the yogurt as a starter agent to prepare a new batch. It took the same time and it works! So now, I'm reading on the net that you can only do that a few times. I'm going to check out how many times this will work. But at any rate, if I can get a third time with one starter pouch, this is going to be both amazingly economical and healthy!*** Fun fact👉 My better half loved the smooth taste (far from commercial acidity) at her first taste. She then proceeded and took 3 yogurt pots, dropped them in a large bowl, added chopped pears and prunes, a little monk fruit sweetener, and bam! I had in front of my eyes a perfect example of a premium yogurt experience.

An Incredibly Easy Way To Make Yogurt From Your Own Kitchen
NPSelection Nordic Style Starter Culture makes it incredibly easy to make yogurt from the comfort of your own kitchen. The order includes twelve individual sachets. The manufacturer provided directions to make a batch of yogurt that requires 1 liter of whole milk and the starter. I was able to make a creamy yogurt that is faintly tart but noticeably softer in tanginess than the plain yogurt I usually purchase at the store. I really enjoyed the texture of the yogurt and how smooth it was. I also like that I can use the finished yogurt to make future batches if I choose. The manufacturer noted on a bookmark sized paper included in the box that the starter can be used to make crème fraiche, sour cream, mascarpone, butter, queso blanco, buttermilk, paneer, skyr, mozzarella, cottage cheese and chevre. This is the one negative I have for this product. Knowing that I can make all these items using the starter, I wish the manufacturer included a small recipe booklet for these products with the starter instead of having to track down a recipe on the manufacturer website where you need to register personal information in order to access the recipes. The product that I received has a best by date of almost 2 years from the date that I received it. Overall, I liked the convenience that I can always make delicious yogurt with ease whenever I have a craving.

Fun at home task!
I enjoyed this! it wasn't too hard to make at home and my dad and I enjoyed the project. Its really fun to be able to make your own fresh yogurt and add in special flavors and mix ins! My one note though is that just given inflation right now, I think its honestly cheaper to just buy the premade yogurt at the store, I do think its a really fun thing to try out with yogurt lovers
