I bought this 5-pack of Heavy Duty Vacuum Storage Bags to help free up space in our wardrobes and under the bed, and they’ve been absolutely brilliant. If you’ve got limited storage and need a clean, efficient way to pack away bulky items, these bags are a must. The first thing I noticed was the quality of the plastic — thick, tough, and clearly more durable than the cheaper brands I’ve used in the past. Each bag is generously sized and easily held a full double duvet, a stack of jumpers, and even a couple of large coats. You can really cram them full, and the material still holds its shape without stretching or splitting. Sealing them is very easy thanks to the double-zipper closure. The included clip helps create a secure seal, and the one-way air valve works flawlessly with both handheld pumps and vacuum cleaners. I used our standard Dyson, and each bag compressed within seconds. Once sealed, the air stays out — no reinflation or puffing up even weeks later. One of the best uses I’ve found is for seasonal bedding and baby clothes. Everything gets packed airtight, protected from dust, damp, and moths, and neatly slides under the bed or on top of the wardrobe. The space saved is incredible — I'd estimate about a 70% reduction in volume. The bags are also transparent, so you can easily see what’s inside without opening everything, which makes life easier when looking for a specific item months later. If I had one very minor suggestion, it would be to include a small label area to note what’s inside each bag — but this is easily solved with sticky notes or a marker pen. In short, these heavy-duty vacuum bags are strong, reliable, and make home organisation significantly easier. Great value, great quality. Highly recommended!

Nice and sturdy. More so than other vacuum bags I've purchased in the past.

Our bags have still been fully vacuumed for over a month now. The bags are thick and pliable. The twin sealing strips are manufactured to a tight fit to ensure a perfect seal. Using the slider does not always complete the seal. Using yout forefinger and thumb pinch along the seal and then slide back, you will feel any parts that have not fully closed.

I have put these bags to a rather unconventional use, which is storing hay for our chickens, gathered in summer which hopefully lasts me to next summer. Using these saves space. Therefore I think it would be unfair to criticise this product where it has failed, due to my unique use therefore cannot honestly provide an overall and durability rating. The failings comprised of two of the bags splitting possibly due to a solid piece in the hay. To avoid this again, after a repair I lined them with geotex ground cover. They are easy to use, deflate easily and a good size.

Bags are really strong and hold so much

I placed an order in September 2023. One of the bags does work but the other bags are defective and keep letting air into the bags. I have sealed the bags on a number of occasions but the air seeps through into the bag. I opened the bags a couple of months ago because that was when I needed them to store blankets and bed cushions. I cannot get a refund or a replacement. I would suggest that you test all the bags immediately on arriving instead of waiting to use them on a years time which is what I did. I don’t have any contact details for the supplier such as an email address. The one that does work doesn’t let any air in but the other bags are defective

Best ones I’ve ever bought , good strong and actually work

Ich bin mit den Beuteln zufrieden. Ich habe bisher zwei benutzt, beide für je eine doppelt gefaltete Einzugsdecke (200x155 und 200x135cm). Außreichend Platz war vorhanden und das Volumen wurde beim Absaugen stark reduziert, die Beutel sind stabil und dicht. Die Beutel mit Decke hat auch eine Flugreise in der Reisetasche damit gut überstanden und hielt dicht. Die zwei Zipper sollte man beim Verschließen mit den Fingern an einigen Stellen nachdrücken, damit sie dicht werden. Alles in allem also gute Beutel, die ihren Zweck genau erfüllen.

Die Vakum Aufbewahrungsbeutel sind super. Ich bin sehr zufriden. Die sind sehr groß, was für Winterjacken oder große Bettwäsche super passt. Der Stoff ist sehr stark und erscheint gut aushaltbar. Ich habe 5 Beutel in der Packung erhalten für mehr als 13 € was einem guten Preis entspricht. Ich würde gerne auch die kleinere Vakuum Beutel bestellen, weil damit super viel Platz man sparen kann.

Sicher gute Aufbewahrungsbeutel, allerdings kann mein Elektrosauger hier nur mit Schwierigkeiten die Luft herausziehen, da er keine runde Tülle hat. Also "für jeden Staubsauger passend" trifft nicht ganz zu...

Ich habe schon einige Erfahrung mit Vakuum-Aufbewahrungssäcken gemacht. Manche waren nicht schlecht, andere umso schlechter, aber die Gorilla-Bags sind m.E. das Beste was man auf dem Markt erhalten kann. Sie sind enorm dickwandig, der Verschluss und das Ventil sehr hochwertig ausgeführt. Man braucht absolut keine Angst zu haben, beim Befüllen schon den Beutel zu zerreissen auch wenn er vollgepackt wird. Weiterhin war ich vom Kundensupport des Verkäufers angenehm überrascht; in einem sehr freundlichen Brief wurde ich nach meinen Erfahrungen mit den Säcken gefragt und bei Problemen Hilfe angeboten.
