I had bought this box before a few months back and I was/am very satisfied and I have recommended this product and seller to friends who have also liked the product. I am not as satisfied this time though as I had purchased 2 boxes as gifts for family members and both only had 1 control each where I had 2 controls when I ordered mine a couple months back. The 2nd control makes it easier to navigate using the box. Now I have to buy the control with the mouse separately when I assumed it was included like it was before
