Durable and much less expensive than shoe inserts from the doc.
I walk on the side of my shoes. These help and are very close to the ones my doctor prescribed for me.

The small one is too small for any foot except maybe a childs and the medium one is too wide to fit a regular womens shoe. I guess i can take some scissors to it.

Perfect to fit underneath my other orthotics
Perfect to fit underneath my other orthotics. These are the best answer to my pronation problem and change easily from shoe to shoe if I need.

Sent completely wrong item. Very displeased.
My Dr instructed me to purchase a lateral heel wedge. I ordered this on the spot and waited for relief... Then received the completely wrong item. What I got were old tattered suede heel lifts. What I ORDERED were lateral heel wedges, which are thicker on one side at a special angle to prevent further rolling of my ankle. I am so disappointed. If I were to use this product (which I won't), it would worsen my injury.

These work well for supination, but run narrow, even for those with narrow feet. I like the pedag 129s a little better though.
I have a minor case of supination/under pronation that leads to uneven wear on the outer edge of my shoes, especially the heels. I wear a size 7, and have a narrow foot - I got the small and it fits, but has a little too much room on the sides - even in my slim running-style shoes. These definitely work and help prevent the uneven wear on my shoes. I've tried the pedag 129 heel wedges and had success with those as well, and think I like the pedags just a bit better - see below for comparison to the pedag 129:* These are longer, and narrower - which may mean that those with a non-narrow foot need to purchase a size up and cut it down.* These are slightly thicker, but are not quite as firm, aka more "squishy"/flexible and therefore a little less supportive, but perhaps more comfortable in the short term.* These are somewhat more slick/slippery - they're prone to sliding around a bit, even under insoles (need to use double sided tape to keep it in place).Overall, I think the pedags feel more sturdy, since the rubber is firmer - but these would be great for those who like something softer or more 'cushioning'.

I have terrible Achilles tendinitis as well as a congenital birth defect ...
Heaven in a heel lift! I have terrible Achilles tendinitis as well as a congenital birth defect of my feet. These little lifts really help with over pronation and heel pain. They are made for a narrower heel than mine but I just get them positioned in my shoes and glue them down. It would be nice if there was a "wide" option in these lifts for those of us that have wider feet. They arrived in a timely fashion and were packaged well.
